Due to the nature of our work—custom software development, licensing, and digital services—all payments are considered final once the service or product is delivered or development has begun.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases only:
Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
Project Not Started: If no work has been initiated on your custom project, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the product or service as per the agreed timeline and scope (without justified reason), you may be eligible for a partial refund.
License fees for pre-built software after installation or activation.
Custom development charges once the project has begun.
Domain registration, server costs, or third-party tool fees.
Subscription payments after the service period has started.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 working days, and if approved, the amount will be credited within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.
We encourage customers to contact us directly for resolution before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services or legal action.
